Who we are

Truepost is provided by Sentrio Systems (Pty) Ltd, a South African company ("we"). It is software; we are not a security service provider and are not registered with PSIRA. Your company remains responsible for its guards, its sites and its clients.

What you get

Access to the Truepost app and website for the guards and staff you add, the features described on truepost.co.za, updates as we release them, and support by email at support@truepost.co.za on business days.

Your data

Everything you and your staff enter belongs to your company. We process it only to provide the service, as your operator under POPIA, in South Africa. You can export all of it at any time and we delete it within 90 days after your subscription ends, except records the law requires us to keep.

Your responsibilities

Keep sign-in details safe, add only people who work for you, tell your guards about the privacy notice (the app shows it for you), use the service lawfully, and pay your invoices. Do not try to break into, copy or resell the service.

Availability

We aim for the service to be available all the time and we monitor it around the clock, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. The app keeps working without signal and syncs later. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Fees

Per active guard per month, invoiced monthly in rand with VAT where applicable, payable within 30 days. Prices change with 60 days' notice. Either side may cancel with one month's notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim in a year is limited to the fees you paid us in that year, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost contracts or profits. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.

Law

South African law applies and South African courts have jurisdiction.
